The following is mostly common sense info; however, it may well be worth reading. |
| |

We are in business to stay in business. That's why we urge you to consider us for your next purchase. However,
please make sure you know what you are purchasing. For instance, maybe you
shouldn't purchase a G&L TELE or Fender QuadReverb if you've never played on one. Should you wish to return it because "you
don't like it," or "it doesn't have a sound that I like," it may cost you the initial shipping charges, return shipping charges,
as well as the 3% credit card discount fee charged to the store. While this doesn't amount to a lot on a G&L Tele, it can
add up quickly on a heavy amplifier or expensive guitar. |
| |
| |
We realize we can make mistakes, too: if, for some reason, the merchandise you've received is not what was advertised or we've made some other mistake, then,
of course, you will be refunded the entire price you paid including shipping, etc. Also, if your merchandise has been damaged in shipping, we will help you as much as we can to quickly resolve the
claim against the shipper. We ALWAYS ship "insured." |
| |
| |
If you are returning a shipment to us for any reason, YOU MUST ALSO SHIP THE MERCHANDISE "INSURED." IN CASE OF DAMAGE,
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT YOUR REFUND. |

Please note that The Guitar Den is no longer able to accept payment by American Express. Nor can we accept payment by check, due to deadbeat buyers. However, payment by VISA and MasterCard will continue to be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. |
